What is the best way to cover graffiti on indoor paneling and dry wall? I’ve put on 6 coats no luck?
I am a new property owner. I have just evicted my first tenant and before leaving they left graffitti on walls and ceiling. I have put on 2 coats of killz and 2 additional coats of another brand, red and blue keep bleeding through.
you need an oil based stain block sealer.
water based will let the graffiti bleed through but oil based will not
